Exchange or Return of Goods

If the quality of the goods meets the requirements, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract signed remotely within 14 days after the contract is signed.

To retain the right to cancel, consumers must ensure that the product remains in its original condition. If the product is damaged or destroyed due to circumstances not caused by the customer, the right to cancel the contract is not forfeited. However, if the product’s value is diminished as a result of unpacking or inspecting its functionality, it does not mean that the consumer cannot request a refund.

If at least one component is missing, we will not accept the return:

  • Product must be complete.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt from familysfirst online store).
  • A defect report drafted by the service department.

Refunds will be issued according to the applicable legal terms.

Do you deliver to my postcode?
